At UPR Tech, we are committed to delivering high-quality gym products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! Below is our Return & Refund Policy, outlining how you can return items, request a refund, and what conditions apply.


📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

✅ Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
✅ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

🔄 Exchanges

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at dallin@upr-tech.com with photos of the issue.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
  • If your return is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

📌 Late or Missing Refunds
